It also provides insight into managing potential conflict. TTI’s Motivators assessment is based on the science developed by Eduard Spranger.

More and more research verifies that our motivators are part of our mindset, our way of perceiving value, or filters and biases, ultimately influencing our decisions. Understanding “why” we do what we do is one of the major reasons we need to look closely at our motivators.
