Like our #DISC and #EQ, our hashtag#motivators have a heavy impact on how we conduct ourselves both personally and professionally. For instance- people who have high social motivation tend to be nurturing and helpful both inside and outside of the office. They jump in to help, train people around them, and be a team player. Individuals with low social motivation- as you may have guessed, are people who are more guarded with their time and professional talent. They don't like being taken advantage of and are wary of wasting time.
